From two- and three-family homes to hotels and apartment buildings. A career built one project at a time.
Ricky Chen began his career in real estate development and construction in 1998. His early work with two- and three-family homes laid the groundwork for a career that later expanded into hotel and apartment building projects. That progression brings together experience at both the scale of an individual home and the scale of a larger development.
As both a developer and a general contractor, Ricky brings two connected perspectives to his work: the broader vision for a property and the construction needed to bring it into use. His background spans residential and commercial projects, connecting real estate development with the practical work of building.
Today, he leads Great Stone General Construction Corp. The company undertakes foundation, structural and piling work, as well as building construction and interior renovations. Its services span the early stages of a building through the spaces people ultimately live and work in.
